Monica Slivka,
2024 Chicago Half Marathon Runner

“As a dedicated mom, I was proud to run the Chicago Spring Half Marathon for FYR. I have two toddlers, and crossing the finish line was not just a personal triumph but a powerful example for my kids to stay active. I prioritize fitness and I recognize the influence positive role models can have on youth. This journey also serves as inspiration for fellow moms. Together, we raised $2,000 in a short time, highlighting our community’s generosity and commitment to supporting FYR!”
