At FYR Mindset Reps we uphold the mission of the FYR National Program, to empower young people to build physical and mental strength for life by providing access to our community-based fitness programs and mentorship in Northern Colorado. We strive to cultivate GRIT within ourselves and our athletes through every challenge. We have added to the vision by building our programming with an emphasis on mindset-focused teachings, cultivating effective coping skills and mindfulness practices that we integrate into our fitness training plans. Our founder and lead coaches are masters level clinical counselors and additional coaches have been trained in mindset and mindfulness. We have a passion for empowering the youths in our community from a holistic approach of mind, body and spirit.
